The Keyport Merchant Locator doesn't show any merchants in my area, how do I find one?
Please try ALOA's Locksmith Locator or Google "locksmith" and your zip code to find a local locksmith. We recommend avoiding retailers such as Walmart, Lowes, & Home Depot for getting your Keyport Blades duplicated for the following reasons:
1. The clerks often lack the expertise of an experienced locksmith or key cutter found at a local hardware store such as Ace or True Value.
2. They may decline to duplicate 3rd party keys/Blades.
What do I do if my locksmith miscuts one or more of my Keyport Blades?
If your Blade is miscut by a 3rd party locksmith or key cutter, one of the following resolutions will be offered:
1. If Keyport Blade(s) are taken to a non-certified locksmith to be cut or reproduced, a refund will not be offered. Instead, Keyport, Inc. will offer a 50% discount code or store credit for each miscut Blade. The customer will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
2. If Keyport Blades are taken to a certified locksmith to be cut or reproduced, a refund will not be offered. Instead, a discount or store credit will be given. This discount or credit will be valid for a replacement of each miscut Blade. Keyport, Inc. will mail the replacement Blade(s) via a shipping method at our discretion.
In both cases you must provide a copy of your receipt and return the miscut Blades to us.
