One important item of note - you may not combine CashBack and a discount code as CashBack will be cancelled, and the discount code will take precedence regardless of whether or not the discount code is greater than CashBack.
3. CashBack Holding Period - CashBack includes a holding period which is designed to protect both the shopper and Keyport from fraudulent activities. By setting a holding period, the shopper cannot make a purchase with CashBack, then receive a refund, and still use the CashBack. This ensures the integrity of the CashBack system and aligns with our return and refund window. After a shopper makes a CashBack-eligible purchase, a countdown will start on their Fondue tracking page to reflect the amount of time left in the holding period. This period is the time between the shopper’s purchase with CashBack and the CashBack activating. Our current holding period is only 30 days, significantly less than most. Once you hit the 30 day mark, you will be able to use your CashBack. If a shopper receives a refund during the holding period, they become ineligible for CashBack, and it will be suspended. After the holding period ends, customers must submit their redemption form within six months to claim their rewards. If the rewards are not claimed within this timeframe, they will expire.
